Serves 4-6 glasses :
300 g ice cubes
4 tbsp golden caster sugar
1 tbsp mint syrup
75 lime juice
4 g bunch mint, washed, leaves removed
500 sparkling water such as Perrier®
1Put the ice cubes into the metal bowl and run the CRUSH programme. Press Stop when the ice is crushed. Add the sugar, mint syrup and lime. Restart the CRUSH programme.
2Pour the virgin mojito into tall glasses, decorate with the mint leaves and fill with sparkling water. Serve immediately.
