Serves 4 portions - dès 9 months :
½ aubergine (100g)
1 courgette (150g)
2 tomatoes (150g)
2 tbsp tomato puree
or organic tomato pulp
200 ml water
½ tsp fresh or dried thyme
2 free-range chicken breasts, chopped
½ lemon, sliced (optional)
1Peel the courgette and tomatoes. Cut all the vegetables into 2cm cubes. Put the
vegetables, tomato puree, water and thyme into the metal bowl. Run the
EXPERT programme, 10 minutes/speed 1A/95 °C.
2Fit the steam basket and add the chicken breasts. Place lemon slices on the chicken,
if desired. Run the EXPERT programme, 15 minutes/speed 1A/95 °C.
3At the end of the programme, to obtain a smoother texture than a classic ratatouille,
restart the EXPERT programme, 20 seconds/speed 10/95 °C.
